Global Renewable Advanced Clean Energy Private Limited (GRACE) is a clean energy company incorporated in Hyderabad in February 2026. GRACE is a subsidiary of GVPR Engineers, promoted by GVPR Engineers and Mr. Sanjay Garudapally — a promoter of Rays Power Infra, one of India's leading renewable energy companies.
The company works in India's nuclear energy space, which was opened to private participation under the SHANTI Act, 2025. GRACE is actively expanding, with the intention to explore and develop business in nuclear energy — building partnerships, engaging with stakeholders and undertaking early development activities with a disciplined, compliance-first approach.
The company draws on GVPR Engineers' long track record in infrastructure development and execution.
